Myanma Tourism Bank (MTB) and Yangon University of Economics (YUE) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on educational initiatives and employment opportunities under the University-Industry Partnership program.
Under this partnership, MTB will offer internship opportunities to YUE students, create job opportunities for final-year students, provide academic excellence awards, and participate in Job Fairs and Career Fairs. The bank will also organize seminars where industry professionals share their experiences with students, helping them gain practical insights into the business sector.
The MoU signing ceremony was held at Yangon University of Economics on 7 March 2025. The agreement was signed by U Win Lwin, CEO of Myanma Tourism Bank, and Dr. Tin Tin Htwe, Rector of Yangon University of Economics. Additionally, U Zaw Thu, CAO of MTB, and Dr. Tin Tin Wai, Pro-Rector of YUE, signed as witnesses.
